If you are actually an ally, allow the people you’re allied to the space to complain about the groups you belong to that oppress you.
If you know truly that you an an ally, and care about these people then it shouldn’t offend you. You should understand that sometimes venting is necessary, and that it is not an attack on you personally. Step back, look at the bigger picture, and ask yourself why you’re so upset about someone you have privilege over expressing their discontent about the situation.
