Well even that is probably not the case, since he probably would be attracted to people with penises if they’re women or maybe even genderqueer or nonbinary people. He probably means he’s attracted to cis men, which is just boring.

how is there no such thing as a male body? i wouldn’t say this makes him a “cissexist”. he obviously means he’s attracted to cis men- and that’s fine.
He probably is saying he’s only attracted to cis men, but that is entirely different from saying he’s attracted to people with male bodies. If people identify as male, their bodies are male, regardless of their assignment at birth.
Attraction is definitely really complicated and while it’s a personal thing and really shouldn’t be anyone’s business, it’s important to recognize that our attraction is informed and shaped by the world, which is, among other things, cissexist, and we oftentimes uphold these standards with these statements which, among other things, treat all non-cis people as if they are a monolithic people. All non-cis people do not look the same and saying you are not attracted to someone just because they are not cis is actually really cissexist.
