I feel like non Black poc seem to be under the impression that because theyre not white they are immune to anti black racism and colorism. But idk why because thats far from true.

Non Black poc who always speak about whiteness but never speak about being actively anti anti-blackness annoy me, honestly. You are not immune to anti blackness because you’re (non black) asian or latin@ or whatever the fuck else or because your husband or wife or partner is Black. That’s not how it works.

And similarly non Black poc who say the n word annoy me too. You can’t say it. It will never be used against you. Why do people feel entitled to use a word that will never be used against them? Especially when they can use it against Black folk.
